Korean cuisine has gained popularity in recent years, and Nabe Urawa has developed a range of innovative dishes for “Korean Fiesta.” The cold dish section now includes three Korean-style appetizers: Kimchi, Korean-style Mixed Beans and Korean Sweet Lotus Roots. These traditional Korean small dishes are full of flavors and pair well with rice. In the hot dish section, new additions include the must-try Spicy Stir-fried Rice Cakes, flavourful Traditional Korean Beef Patties, Crispy Korean-style Deep-fried Chicken and nourishing Abalone Ginseng Chicken Soup.
For hot pot lovers, during the promotion period, the soup base can be upgraded to Kimchi Tofu Soup for an additional $10. A variety of Korean-style ingredients will also be served, including Korean Handmade Dumplings, Kimchi Dumplings, Rice Cakes, and three popular Korean instant ramen options: Shin Ramen, Jin Ramen and Sesame Ramen. Create your own unique Korean stew by combining various Korean flavors in one pot, allowing the flavors to burst on your taste buds.

“Korean Fiesta” also offers a limited supply of soy sauce abalone. Guests who choose the Lv4 all-you-can-eat set will receive one abalone per person, while those who choose the Lv5 all-you-can-eat set can enjoy unlimited refills of soy sauce abalone. The abalone is marinated in Korean soy sauce for at least 6 hours, giving it a unique fragrance from the rice koji. It is further enhanced with Japanese yuzu, ginger, scallions, and pear, resulting in a tender and flavorful taste. As for desserts, a new flavor of honey butter ice cream is introduced, combining creamy vanilla ice cream with sweet honey, providing a smooth and rich taste that is perfect for post-meal indulgence.

And what Korean-themed promotion would be complete without Korea's quintessence liquor, Soju? Nabe Urawa offers a limited-time offer until June 17th, where guests who dine on any all-you-can-eat set during the dinner session can enjoy unlimited refills of Jinro Soju for an additional $28/pax only! Jinro Soju is known for its clean and mellow taste. The options available in the restaurant include grape and peach flavors, making it a top choice for enthusiasts to enjoy a delightful drinking experience.
