Since debuting in Tottori, Japan, in 2022, Truffle Donut has expanded to over 27 locations nationwide. We believe donuts hold infinite possibilities and a cross-generational power to bring pure joy to everyone—from toddlers to grandparents. Through each crafted donut, we aim to spark a continuous chain of smiles across every town.

The secret lies in our uncompromising devotion to quality. We select Japanese flour, Japanese eggs, and rich Hokkaido 3.6 milk to create our dough. By incorporating pumpkin into the dough, we create an incredibly light, cloud-like texture. Paired with our artisanal creams, every bite offers a flawless harmony that celebrates the natural flavours of the ingredients
