Featuring premium slices of A5 Kobe Red Wine Wagyu paired with a seasonal vegetable platter, this traditional Japanese sukiyaki experience highlights the delicate texture and rich flavour of the wagyu in a different style.

To prepare, guests begin by coating the pan with beef fat and sautéing onions until fragrant. Thin slices of wagyu are then gently cooked until approximately medium rare before being seasoned with sugar and a specially prepared sukiyaki sauce.

Once the beef has absorbed the sauce, it is dipped into beaten raw egg, creating an exceptionally smooth and luxurious texture that perfectly complements the rich flavour of the wagyu.
